About me
Let me introduce myself! I’m Kelsey and I have spent the last 15 years working as a nurse in the healthcare industry. During that period, I have spent my time in a variety of areas honing my skills of assessment, leadership and mental health support.
In my early days of nursing I felt like something was missing. I not only felt like something was missing from the way I was able to serve my patients but also missing from my life. From a young age, I believed in Angels and mediumship and talked to my Granny about it often but I watched as my highly sensitive maternal family both embraced and neglected their intuitive abilities. Through these observations I too learned to push away the intuitive messages brought to me until about 10 years ago when I once again learned to embrace my intuition. With the help of an excellent intuitive coach and a few other mentors, I was able to pursue self-healing while exploring various healing modalities. While the healing and the learning never ends, I have had the opportunity to begin self-healing work around body image issues, inner child and feelings of abandonment, depression, embracing the parts of myself I have deeply rejected, self-worth and worthiness in relationship experienced through painful heartbreak, finding my voice and speaking my truth, pregnancy loss, and facing first time motherhood as a single parent.
I have fused this variety of experiences to help form my unique outlook and approach to 1:1 coaching, my 12-week body, mind, spirit program, workshops, and more.
